Who We Are

Nela Durut-Azizi has over 20 years of experience working in healthcare services in Tucson, Arizona. She has vast experience starting as a CNA, caregiver, nurse and case manager. Working in different settings, including assisted living facilities, hospice and home health care services. It was during all these different settings throughout the years that she has realized the lack of community outreach and support that seniors and their facilities receive when they no longer can care for themselves. This is what drove her to start her own senior placement service. She is passionate to work alongside her clients and family members to provide the most perfect placement. She is a caring and valued member of the healthcare community in Tucson. Her family-oriented background and the love that she has for her family, drives her to help other families and the love ones.

Nela also has a team of caring individuals that she trusts and works alongside with. They also have vast experience working with seniors and their facilities in different health care settings. We are committed to ease this transition in your life or the life of your loved one and remove any obstacles that stand in the way of your future.
